As Sr. Vice President of Market Access, Stephen helps design integrated market strategies for novel technologies that cover the entire product life span. Prior to Avania, he founded Hull Associates, a specialized global reimbursement strategy firm working in all major therapeutic areas. He has also served as a committee chair for the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) and has an advanced degree in health policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a bachelor’s degree in international relations and French from Colgate University.
