Dave Stickland has more than 25 years of finance, legal, and IT experience across a wide range of business models. He has been a CFO and board director for over 15 years, during which time he has lived and worked in the Netherlands, USA, and Dubai, and he consequently has very wide international experience. The first half of Dave’s career was spent in large global businesses, where he learned what “great” looked like. Recently he has been involved in growing smaller businesses, both organically and through M&A, working with PE owners and boards to build out teams, processes, structures, and systems to deliver fast-paced growth. Dave is a fellow chartered accountant, qualifying at PwC, holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, and is a chartered director.
