Our Hiring Process

We follow a structured, thoughtful approach designed to provide a consistent and equitable experience for every applicant.

1. Application Review

Our Talent Acquisition team personally reviews every application to assess alignment with the role. You’ll receive an acknowledgment once your materials are received.

2. Talent Acquisition Prescreen

Selected candidates are invited for an initial conversation to discuss your background, motivation, and the opportunity at Avania. It’s also your chance to ask questions about the role, our culture, and benefits.

3. Formal Interview – Stage 1

A competency-based discussion with the hiring manager to explore technical skills, problem-solving approaches, and real-world experience.
