Factory-CRO founded as a MedTech-focused CRO.
2017–2020 | Early Expansion and Formation of Avania
Factory-CRO merges with MileStone (2017), Five Corners (2018), and BBA (2019), strengthening clinical operations and regulatory depth. The newly merged company is rebranded as Avania.
2021 | IMARC (U.S.) Acquisition
Expands U.S. presence and monitoring capabilities.
2022 | Astorg Investment
Astorg acquires a majority stake in Avania to accelerate global growth.
2023 | MAXIS, Hull Associates & Ironstone Acquisitions
