Sarah Robinson is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Avania, leading all aspects of human resources with a focus on talent, workplace solutions, global compensation, and cultural transformation. As a member of the senior leadership team, Robinson operates as a business strategist and trusted advisor, and believes that people strategies empower successful business outcomes.
Prior to joining Avania, Robinson held a senior HR leadership position at ERT Ltd. (now Clario) supporting European, U.S., and APAC regions. In this role, Robinson led several transformational initiatives including integration activities, culture, and talent and helped to scale the organization from 1,200 to 6,500+ employees. Robinson’s career spans nearly 20 years across financial services and more recently clinical research and healthcare.
Robinson has a bachelor’s degree in business and holds CIPD and HCS accreditations.
